Pedro’s, Inc – Company ‘Intern’ –non-paid

Executive Summary– This newly created position will join the Pedro’s team at our new headquarters in Haverhill, Mass. as a ‘non-paid’ intern. This role will have the opportunity to join the bicycle industry in an established brand in various capacities in an office setting. The role will have a broad scope from project management to event management (off-site) supporting cycling events (benefit rides, advocacy, races, shop dealer support).

We seek a college student or recent graduate to join the Pedro’s team in a unique chance to be part of an exciting opportunity. The days will be dynamic and fluid, will require someone with a great attitude, with the self-discipline to be able to work independently, and a desire to broaden their professional experience. We will provide a great opportunity of experience and exposure to not only the cycling industry, but what we think is the top company in cycling.

Responsibilities
- General office duties in cycling industry to support the Pedro’s brand & team (not limited to customer service, industry & product research, project specific deliverables, dealer visits, etc).
- Accompany the team and support of National level cycling events in customer interface capacity.
- Travel could be required to support events on behalf of Pedro’s
- Role will report to VP Development / Marketing and CEO (hybrid)

Qualifications
- Looking for positive attitude, go-getter, and willing to take on broad scope of roles in a non-paid (college credits supported) in an internship capacity.
- Customer service a must (must want to work in face to face event style with professionalism, poise and the capacity to represent the brand)
- ‘Sustainable’ thinking/forward/progressive thinking a must
- Must be willing to have fun in the cycling industry working for a top brand, and be a brand ambassador.
